Can you do UKCA certification?

Yes. We do UKCA certification, CSA and other international certifications.

What types of machine can you certify?

Actually, anything. From small table top machines, tools and fixtures, all the way to large production machinery, production lines and automation cells. In addition, we certify control panels and other electrical equipment.

Do you certify machinery at our location or do we have to send the machine to you?

If the machine is small, we can do the certification at one of our locations. However, most of the time, we perform the CE and UKCA certification at your location wherever you are. Even if the machine is out of the country, we will still travel to that location.

How long does CE or UKCA certification take?

It does depend on how large or complex a machine is. For a standalone machine, it can take as little as 5 or 6 days. Another factor that affects the time line, is how long it takes to prepare the user instructions and other documentation. Usually the defining factor on time.

What is special or unique about your safety lightcurtains?

Our safety lightguards are genuinely unique. There is nothing else like them. With the cross matrix array beams, hard to believe just how effective they are. They just dont go out of alignment. like magic!

What is your lead time?

To get us started on a CE project usually needs about 2 weeks to prepare. For lightcurtains, safety laser scanners and other products, typically, we operate on 10 days lead time.

Our most popular training course is the 2-day "safety of Machinery" workshop. But we also have CE training and can tailor courses to suit your individual needs.
